All services are delivered based on agreed proposals, timelines, and scope of work.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for illegal, misleading, or unethical activities
- Ensure proper consent is obtained from users before sharing their data (especially for WhatsApp communications)
3. Payments & Fees
- All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms
- Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule
- Delays in payment may result in service suspension
- Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees unless specified
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve third-party platforms such as advertising networks and messaging services (including WhatsApp).
- We are not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithms, or performance
- Clients must comply with all third-party platform guidelines
- Any account suspension due to policy violations is not our liability
5. Use of WhatsApp Communication
- WhatsApp messaging is conducted only for users who have provided explicit opt-in consent
- Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful data collection
- We do not support spam or unsolicited messaging
- Users can opt out at any time
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, strategies, and materials created by BuzzNex remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
- Clients are granted usage rights upon full payment
7. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., leads, sales, ROI)
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per agreement
- No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing work unless specified
10. Data Privacy
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to how we collect and process data.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
